As we enter the second month of 2019, Allegiance is excited to announce some new, large changes to its company. We were lucky enough to grow significantly in 2018, and as such have more than doubled our staff, moved office locations, created a new website and more. Our goal has always been to be a trusted local insurance advocate for our clients, and each of these new efforts will help us accomplish this goal. We’ve listened to customer concerns and feedback, and have adjusted our vision for 2019 to answer the needs of those we serve.
A New Look
You may have noticed our brand new logo, which was updated late in 2018, but we’ve also expanded our online presence. As we’ve grown our agency in staff, we also knew it was time to update our website. Our new website offers many new features which are easy to utilize, and help make the insurance process pain free. Under our services page, you will be able to sort through and find every kind of insurance that we offer. From Auto Insurance to Landlord Insurance to Pet Insurance, and more than 40 carriers to write policies through, we can help you with any challenge that you could bring to us.
Our Payments and Claims page, which is always visible in the top right corner, will give you quick access to any carrier to make a payment or claim. Simply find the carrier of your policy, and either click on the link or call the number listed. We are here to meet your needs.
Along with ease of service, Allegiance is re-focusing on education for our clients. Insurance can be a complicated topic, but we want to make it simple for you. On the page for every kind of insurance, such as Home, Auto, or Umbrella, you will find explanations, guides, and tips for that kind of insurance. Not sure what Umbrella Insurance is? You can learn more on our website!
More Ways to Keep In Touch
Now that the new website is here, we’re also hoping to provide our clients with more ongoing information about managing their policies and preventing claims. Collectively, the staff at Allegiance has been working in insurance for over 100 years, which means we’ve seen all kinds of different claims. In our blog, we write tips and tricks on preventing common claims, what to do when certain situations arise, and more.
With our blog, we also have a newsletter we send monthly that includes a roundup of some of these articles along with news about what we’re doing in our community. Allegiance is always looking to give back to our members, be it with food drives, coat drives, concert sponsorship, and more. You can see what we’ve been a part of over the last few months by looking at the Allegiance Cares page on our website as well. In our December campaign, Allegiance was able to donate 91 coats to One Warm Coat and raise $315 with the help of the community. We’re constantly working on new opportunities, so stay tuned!
More Staff & Updated Location
First, there have been some staff changes at Allegiance. We’ve welcomed Penny Halvax to the team as a Personal Lines Account Executive. Penny has many years of experience in insurance, and brings a wealth of customer service knowledge to help serve our clients. As always, you will be able to reach out and talk with Maggie Kobel Livingston or Steve Ellis about your policy, and both Jamie Dorgan and Elvira López will be able to assist you with payments and claims if you call the Allegiance main phone number.
In addition to Penny, Allegiance has hired a new marketing staff. Both Meghan Lang and Daniel Molinero bring fresh ideas and innovation to the team, helping us find more ways to be part of the community, reach new audiences, and update our services. We’re happy to have both of them improve the experience we provide to our customers.
All of us here at Allegiance can now be found at 100 Tower Drive, Suite 130, which is across the hall from our old location. This new space gives us more room to grow and meet with clients in person.
