Richard Bibb is a Virginia native with a Virginia Tech engineering degree who spent over 20 years in IT sales before transitioning to insurance seven years ago. He ran his own independent agency for five years and has recently joined Allegiance, where he looks forward to serving clients across Virginia, West Virginia, and Maryland with personal (home, auto, life) and commercial insurance. Outside of work, Richard enjoys time with his daughter and grandchildren, flying a kit-built airplane he completed 25 years ago, and singing with the Blue Ridge Chorale in Culpeper, VA.
