Steve Ellis serves as Personal Lines Manager at Allegiance Insurance Services, where he oversees the Personal Lines department, drives new business growth, and manages the renewal process to ensure clients receive the protection and service they deserve. With 19 years in the insurance industry and nearly two decades with Allegiance, Steve has held a variety of roles throughout his career, including Customer Service Representative, Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager, and now Personal Lines Manager.

Steve’s extensive experience has provided him with deep carrier knowledge and expertise navigating insurance requirements across multiple states. He takes pride in helping clients understand their coverage options and identifying solutions that align with their individual needs. His philosophy is simple: be the client’s solution. Originally from Chicago and now residing in Lockport, Illinois, Steve enjoys golfing, hiking, poker, and following Chicago sports. He and his wife, Vicky, enjoy spending time together and taking trips to Cancun whenever possible.
