Penny Halvax serves as Senior Account Manager for the Personal Lines Department at Allegiance Insurance Services, where she specializes in auto, home, umbrella, and life insurance. With more than 30 years of industry experience and nearly a decade with Allegiance, Penny plays a vital role in helping clients protect their families, homes, and assets. Her responsibilities include policy servicing, endorsements, renewal reviews, and remarketing coverage when appropriate to ensure clients continue to receive competitive rates and comprehensive protection.

Penny began her insurance career with Farmers Insurance as an underwriting analyst and rater before transitioning to an independent insurance agency as an account specialist. This diverse background has given her extensive knowledge of carrier products, policy analysis, and client advocacy. Licensed in both Property & Casualty and Life insurance, she is dedicated to providing personalized service and helping clients make informed decisions about their insurance needs.

Known for her empathetic and relationship-driven approach, Penny believes the foundation of great service is understanding each client’s unique lifestyle and goals. She strives to be an advocate, educator, and problem solver, ensuring clients have the coverage they need while building lasting relationships based on trust and communication. Her favorite part of the job is helping clients protect their most valuable assets and being a trusted resource throughout life’s changes.

Originally from Arkansas and now residing in Plainfield, Illinois, Penny has been married for more than 40 years and is the proud mother of two adult children. She enjoys spending time with family, including her beloved dogs, volunteering in community garden projects and donation drives, and relaxing at the beach—especially in Siesta Key, Florida. Her dedication to service, expertise, and genuine care for others make her an invaluable resource for clients and colleagues alike.
