Jason Ivy

Jason Ivy serves as Agency General Manager for Allegiance Insurance Services, where he leads agency operations, sales management, staffing, client service, and strategic growth initiatives. With more than 16 years of insurance industry experience, Jason brings a unique blend of frontline production expertise and executive leadership to the organization. Since joining Allegiance in 2025, he has focused on driving operational excellence, developing talent, strengthening carrier partnerships, and creating a culture centered on accountability, education, and customer excellence.

Prior to joining Allegiance, Jason built a successful career with Gallagher, where he worked as a Small Business Producer before transitioning into leadership roles. His experience spans commercial insurance, sales leadership, agency management, business development, and team coaching. Jason holds the Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation and has been a licensed insurance professional since 2008. He is particularly passionate about helping business owners understand their risks, build effective insurance programs, and use insurance as a tool to support long-term growth and stability.

A firm believer that insurance is about more than policies and premiums, Jason is committed to educating clients, mentoring insurance professionals, and creating meaningful relationships built on trust. Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Jason is an avid sports fan who proudly supports Wisconsin teams. Outside of the office, he enjoys soccer, spending time with family, and staying active in his community.
