Adam Gordon serves as a Commercial Insurance Producer at Allegiance Insurance Services, where he helps business owners identify risks and secure insurance solutions tailored to their unique operations. With more than four years of experience in the insurance industry, Adam has developed a passion for finding creative solutions for hard-to-place risks and helping clients navigate complex insurance challenges with confidence.

Before entering the insurance profession, Adam spent nearly 15 years as a chef, working throughout the Southwest. His background in hospitality helped shape his client-first mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional service. Today, he brings those same qualities to every client interaction, focusing on building strong relationships and helping business owners protect what they’ve worked so hard to build.

Adam and his wife, Kathryn, recently relocated from Colorado to Scottsdale, Arizona, where they enjoy spending time with their two children, Kaia and Wesley. Outside of the office, Adam enjoys taking family trips to their gold claim in Colorado and making the most of Arizona’s year-round sunshine and outdoor lifestyle.
